| What drove you to become a part of the U.S. Military | Honestly, I had no idea what I was doing with my life at the time. I needed something constructive. I also was hoping to travel the world and experience new things. |
| In short, what was your basic job in the military | Aerospace Ground Equipment Engineer |
| When you left the military, what career path did you take? | I went into music. I am currently part owner of The Stu: Production Studio in El Dorado, Arkansas. |
| If you ever traveled while in service, what was your favorite place you visited? | I deployed to Kuwait. I stopped in Ireland and Germany as well. They were all pretty cool places. |
| What do you miss most about serving in the military? | Honestly I miss the camaraderie of the military. Everybody on one mission trying to get it done. |
| Do you ever see or visit with any of those you served with? | I haven’t seen or visited with many of them, but we do talk occasionally. |
| If a young person today were to ask you for advice before they start their military service, what would you tell them? | I would tell them to make the best out of every situation. Don’t be scared to volunteer. Also, work the military as hard as they work you. |

| What drove you to become a part of the U.S. Military | My dad and brother both served in the Army. |
| In short, what was your basic job in the military | Fuels Specialist, off loaded tank trucks into bulk storage tanks, received fuel by pipeline transfer, ran test on jet fuel, and got to refuel some of the most amazing planes in the world including Air Force One |
| When you left the military, what career path did you take? | Auto parts specialist and body shop damage appraiser. |
| If you ever traveled while in service, what was your favorite place you visited? | I was stationed at Barksdale AFB and only traveled to McDill AFB in Tampa Florida for 2 weeks. That was an awesome training exercise. We learned how to deploy, fill and use the 50,000 gallon fuel bladders they used to refuel equipment and planes in the desert during Desert Storm. |
| What do you miss most about serving in the military? | The camaraderie. |
| Do you ever see or visit with any of those you served with? | I keep in touch with several through social media. |
| If a young person today were to ask you for advice before they start their military service, what would you tell them? | Serving your country is the second highest honor you will ever know. The first is serving the Lord. |
