SouthArkansasNow.Com, which launched earlier this week as a free electronic news service for the South Arkansas region, will debut it’s first of many planned video broadcasts of local events starting with Thursday night’s El Dorado Christmas Parade.

The parade will be broadcast live in its’ entirety on Facebook Live, Youtube, and on SouthArkansasNow.Com, featuring live commentary from two longtime area radio personalities. SouthArkansasNow.Com co-owner and President Sandy Sanford will be behind the microphone for Thursday’s event, along with Troy “Boomer” Barrios. The duo was known for their long stints in morning drive on country radio station KIX 103 at times over the past two decades.

The broadcast will originate from the Red River Credit Union branch at 2001 North West Avenue.
